Glass memorial | “Angel Wings”
Angel is an intangible being that each one of us imagines differently. The glass headstone confers this evanescence being through an abstract, yet familiar form- the wings of an Angel.
Instead of a tender angel figure, the artist has created colossal wings, devising a path of light between them and, thus, yielding a tranquil atmosphere for a silent remembrance of the beloved one. The position of the wings- aspiring upwards towards the sunlight, is a message about the path of the soul, creating a heavenly and ethereal beauty.
